Responsibilities:
Accounting:
- Invoices, vouchers checking;
- Process payment invoices;
- Prepare payments and ensure proper documentation;
- Reconcile supplier statements of account and liaise with vendors;
- Assists in preparation of sales reports / other data analysis to management
- Maintain a good filing system of financial records.
Office Administration:
- Organize and order stationery, office supplies, and consumables, including pantry and printer needs, to maintain adequate stock levels;
- Monitor and upkeep office cleanliness;
- Handle any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Completion of HKDSE / HKCEE or above.
- At least 1 years of administration/accounting experience
- Acknowledge of MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Good English and Chinese writing skills, as well as proficiency in Mandarin.
- Hardworking with a pleasant personality and effective communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, responsible and capable of dealing with new situations and challenges.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
