Job Highlights:

The Accounting Officer, Finance is responsible for the accounting operations of property development business. Being part of the Finance team, you will report to the Finance Manager. We’re looking for a motivated and proactive recruiter who is passionate and looking for progressive career development in our company.

Responsibilities:

• Support Accounts Receivable procedures including the issuance of invoices, payment advice, and daily accounting tasks
• Process customer payments to their respective accounts and maintain financial records
• Assist in month-end closing activities according to deadlines
• Prepare financial reports and statements
• Contribute to the preparation of quarterly forecasts and annual budgets
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Handle ad hoc duties where necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in Accounting, Business or related discipline
• At least 3 years’ accounting experience, preferably in real estate industry
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Experience in Oracle JD Edwards, EPBCS, FCCS, HSBCnet is an advantage
• Responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work in a team and cooperate with different departments
• Able to meet tight deadlines
