Responsibilitie:
- Perform daily and monthly income and payment reconciliation
- Issue debit note, monitor A/R balance and follow up any overdue accounts
- Prepare accounting vouchers, schedules and bank reconciliation
- assist in the month-end closing
Requirements:
- HKDSE or above with LCC Level 2 certificate
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in medical industry, and experience in NGO environment would be an advantage;
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Good team player, hardworking & high sense of responsibility
- Experience in using Flex Accounting System is preferable
- Candidate with more accounting experience will be considered as Accounting Assistant
- Immediate available is highly preferable
