Responsibilities:
- To supervise a team of Aircraft Loading Agents to load and unload cargo, baggage and mail into/from aircraft.
- To ensure that all aircraft are loaded according to service standards, handling requirements and safety regulations of the carrier.
- To certify that the aircraft is loaded in accordance with the loading report.
- To communicate all procedural changes and requests to all staff and ensure their full awareness and understanding.
- To maintain staff discipline, efficiency, safety, appearance and morale in section.
- To monitor the attendance and punctuality of a team of Aircraft Loading Agents.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary or above.
- Minimum 1-2 years supervisory experience.
- Good command of written / spoken English and Chinese.
- Knowledge of PC.
- Holder of valid HK driving license 1 & 2.
