Assistant Accountant, Finance and Accounting

Responsibilities:
Handle full set of accounts and group companies’ transactions
Prepare month-end closing schedules
Review contracts and ad hoc reports as well as financial reports
Handle payments, data input, filing and general accounting duties
Liaise with Auditors
Provide support for ad hoc assignments when necessary, for example, perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) for Accounting system change / enhancements
Requirements:
Tertiary education in Accounting or Finance
2 to 3 years relevant experience in Accounting is preferred
Oracle experience is highly preferred
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Input Method
Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Good interpersonal skill, independent and able to work under pressure
Flexible and willing to accept changes
Willing to work overtime during month end closing period
