Job Description:
- Assist Clubhouse Manager to manage and operate a residential clubhouse to ensure top class customer service standards
- Planning and implementing programs and activities which best meet the residents’ interests and preferences
- To motivate and supervise the team to maintain smooth daily operations, including staff roster, daily administration and facility management
- Supervising the clubhouse team and building, good communications with residents and guests
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Sports/Leisure/Recreation/Hospitality/Clubhouse Management or equivalent
- At least 4 years of solid experience in Clubhouse Management
- Strong organization and leadership skills
- Presentable, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
- Knowledge of F&B, catering, beauty service is an advantage
- Shift duty and work on public holidays will be required
Location: TKO District
Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
