Assistant Data Management & Analytics Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise data analytics requests from various business units, ensure timely processing and delivery of insights.
• Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights, identify trends and patterns that support business objectives.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders, facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve customer experience or enhance efficiency.
• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of data analytics projects, ensure alignment with business goals and timelines.

Requirements

• Degree in Data science / Statistics / Business Analytics / Information Management or a related discipline
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in data management, analysis or business intelligence, of which at least 1 year should be at supervisory level
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI
• Familiar with web scraping, Power Automate, statistical modeling, or AI/ML is an advantage
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to translate data-driven insights into practice
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong logical thinking, problem solving skills, and project management abilities.
• Possess a can-do attitude and a quick learner of new technologies.
