Responsibilities:
- Management and supervision of the payment and account payables
- Verify and handle invoice payment requests
- Compile user requirements and perform user acceptance test on accounting systems
- Participate in developing and maintaining procedure manuals
- Ad hoc projects to support management's decision
Requirements:
- Degree with major in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- 2-3 years’ bank experience in financial reporting
- Knowledge and experience in VBA Macro and strong mastery of MS Office, particularly in Excel and Word.
- Independent, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure with tight deadline
- Good knowledge in financial analysis, strong analytical skills and critical mindset, capable of examining and analyzing financial and management information with business acumen
- Good presentation and report writing skills in both Chinese and English and Chinese word processing skills is a must
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
- Experience in performing user acceptance test is an advantage
