Assistant Digital Innovation and Growth Manager

You’ll be a valuable member of the wellness and VAS ecosystem team, reporting to program lead of Live Young Program, under digital innovation & growth department. On a day to day basis, you will be supporting and learning different aspects of program management and operation, and contribute to the on-going and long-term success of the program.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist formulation and execution of member management and communications.
• Conduct analysis on digital program usage and member behaviors.
• Manage and execute procurement of vouchers and maintain the redemption store.
• Load, validate, and maintain data for operational reports and dashboards.
• Assist the coordination and execution of offline/ face-to-face member activities/ events.
• Handle program administrative tasks when required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields, with 4+ years working experience in digital operations, marketing support, or a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage time-sensitive operational workflows.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Curiosity about data - eager to learn analytics techniques.
• Passionate learner and problem-solver.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-team coordination.
• Previous CRM exposures would be a big plus.
