Job Responsibilities:
Handle the day-to-day operations of the production plant, factory and office.
Coordinate the planning and management of production, quality control, safety, fire protection, environmental protection, logistics, material storage and other plant affairs.
Coordinate, communicate and cooperate among all departments in the factory to improve management efficiency.
Manage the production schedule, delivery and production in the plant, and expand production capacity to reduce costs.
Develop performance standards, supervise staff regularly, give advice and monitor staff performance assessment.
Job Requirements:
Degree graduates in Food Production, Operations Management or related discipline.
Strong leadership, problem solving, organizational and communication skills.
Detailed oriented, Proactive, good time management and team player.
With more than 3 years’ experience in food manufacturing or bakery operations.
Familiarity with food safety standards. (e.g. HACCP, GMP)
Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and administrative procedures.
