Prepare all tasks related to management reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Support the month-end closing process, including preparation of financial reports and reconciliations.
Assist in the development of monthly management reports to provide insights into business performance.
Assist in the monthly analysis on management key performance indicators (KPIs).
Assist in the preparation of forecasts and annual budget
Maintain SAP vendor master data by liaison with various departments
Participate in finance transformation and system integration projects
Perform other ad hoc reporting and projects as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in business-related disciplines, preferably in accounting/finance)
Professional qualification: HKICPA or ACCA or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of audit or accounting experience related to management reporting
Proficient in the use of MS Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint
Detail-minded with strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadline.
Ability to deal with multiple issues simultaneously and creativity in problem solving
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Good teamwork and communication skills
Experience in SAP, Oracle & OneStream is a plus
Immediately available is preferred
Candidates with more experience will be considered as FP&A Accountant
