We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Agency Credit Management Assistant. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our credit management operations and ensuring seamless coordination across all related tasks.
Job Descriptions:
- Assist in Agency Credit Management and perform tasks assigned by superiors to enhance the overall operation process.
- Support debt collection activities, including preparing/sending out demand letters, coordinating with collection agencies, initiating legal proceedings, and managing credit balance releases.
- Coordinate with trustees to arrange the release of Pfund following debt settlements and handle subsequent actions related to debt settlement.
- Prepare detailed reports on debt-related matters and manage entire bad debt process.
- Facilitate policy assignments, including but not limited to changes in service providers.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant rules and regulations pertaining to agency credit management.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by superiors
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in both English and Cantonese.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Minimum of 3-5 years related working experience. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Senior Officer position
