Responsibilities
- Assist the team on the execution of the IT transformation road map on Program Management. Support the program management and keep track the progress of the implementation of the change initiatives. Provide hands-on support to the Change Programme Office in managing programme governance, financial & budget control, reporting, and stakeholder alignment.
- Responsible for the delivery of change initiatives from the IT Operating Model Review in process optimization, through eliminating redundancies, automation or applying industry best practices. Redesign cross-functional collaboration models with clear RACI and process flow.
Manage delivery of change initiatives from the IT Operating Model Review in promoting new ways of working. Implement departmental initiatives (e.g., team-building exercises, cross-team workshops, behavior campaigns) to foster a collaborative and adaptive mindset throughout the IT Change journey.
Measure and report on behavior alignment with the new IT Operating Model to assess cultural integration.- Manage delivery of change initiatives from the IT Operating Model Review in IT capability uplift
- Manage the IT Trainee Programme from the perspective of line departments, supporting for recruitment, ensuring effective integration of trainees into ITD teams through structured rotations, mentorship, and performance management and collaborate with line managers to enhance engagement and retention
- Provide continuous enhancement in AAIT project and change management practice. Support project teams in implementing improvement in project management practices
Requirements
- University degree or equivalence in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in IT project management, preferably with understanding of AAHK ITD’s culture, processes, and pain points
- Track record of running IT projects, delivering innovation or improvement initiatives, or creating departmental initiatives to drive change.
- Strong stakeholder management capability and ability to collaborate across IT teams and influence without authority, leveraging existing relationships.
- Hands-on experience on project/programme management, balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day execution in a transformational environment.
- Passion for people development and driving new ways of working, demonstrated through past mentoring or community-building roles.
- Experience in process change and driving optimization in IT processes.
