Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Using our in-house ERP system and customer’s platforms for all orders
• Handle all the customer order procedures/ issues until shipment
• Follow the development of all customer’s new project/ new collection
• Co-ordinate with different packaging suppliers for our customer orders.
• Liaison with our factory and suppliers to keep track with all the timelines
• Provide clerical support to the marketing teams

Job Requirements:

• 
  Diploma / associate degree/ degree holder in Product/Logistic related disciples
• At least 2-3 years product related working experience (related to watch or jewelry field is highly preferable)
• Good command in spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Basic operational knowledge of office Excel, Word, Powerpoint
• Computer literacy and good Chinese typing skill
