What You’ll Do : Merchant Management : Assist in taking ownership of merchant management across various verticals at Klook.
Product Onboarding & Configuration : Assist in onboarding new products and configuring backend systems to ensure smooth operations and user experience
Content Operations : Support in writing, formatting, and managing operational content across platforms (no creative writing required)
Tool & System Usage : Operate various internal and external tools to carry out daily operations – we value fast learners!
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various functions in the company - marketing to maximize sales, supplier operations to improve efficiency, customer services to drive satisfaction and repeat purchases.
What You’ll Need :
Fast learner who can pick up new systems and tools quickly
Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail
Highly adaptable in fast-changing environments, with a can-do attitude
Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable with ambiguity
Team player who communicates openly and collaborates effectively
Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
