Role Summary

About the Role
You will be working in a fast-paced organization that promotes cross-functional collaboration to offer claims support to our customers and their loved ones.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Handling the claims inquiry and providing professional reply and service to the customer
- Centralizing the customer inquiry for record-keeping, reviewing existing guidelines and future training
Shift Schedule
- You will be working 5 days per week, at least 1 day during the weekend.
Roughly, the composition of your task will be as follows:
- Claims enquiry - 70%
- Claims assessment - 15%
- Ad hoc claims project - 15%
The success of this role will be measured by:
- Adequately understanding customers' needs
- Solving problems / providing appropriate advice to customers professionally
- Making suggestions to increase customer satisfaction in every area of Bowtie
About you
You have/are
- 2+ years of experience in handling claims inquiries (by agents or customers) in an insurance company is a must
- Bilingual fluency in Chinese (Cantonese and English) is a must
- Strong problem-solving, flexibility, and good communication skills with customers
- Customer-centric
- Good PC skills in MS Word, EXCEL, and Powerpoint
And, the following qualifications are preferred but not essential
- Experience in customer services in an insurance company is preferred
