Responsible for rendering support to Asia Pacific Client Coverage team hub in Hong Kong and assisting in managing the relationship with the top tiered corporates and financial institutions in Korea.
Key Responsibilities
Being one of the team members that covers Korean clients (‘Korea team’), help our clients to access bank’s global network, locating local coverage and product support across the globe.
Assist the Head of Korea Coverage in preparing periodic & ad-hoc basis portfolio reviews, pipeline management, financials analytics, presentation material and market research.
Work with multiple stakeholders in preparing credit applications, risk assessment and deal execution process including legal documentation and due diligence.
Support Korea team to coordinate with relevant global teams to deliver multi-product solutions to clients and achieve cross-sell and return objectives.
Ensure timely completion of KYC, environmental, reputational risk assessment and other regulatory requirements.
Ensure full compliance with the prevailing regulations, including global operation and compliance framework.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related subjects; Master’s degree and CFA holder is a plus.
3 to 5 years relevant experience handing Korean clients with hands on market research and credit analysis skills.
Keen aspiration in developing career as coverage banker in charge of Korean clients.
A self-starter and highly motivated team player with excellent analytical and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
Fluent in both written and spoken English & Korean.
