A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
Preparing and serving premium coffee beverages with care
Keeping your station clean, efficient, and welcoming
Engaging guests in friendly conversation about coffee and daily life
Supporting the café or lounge team during service rushes
Participating in tastings and seasonal product development
What we need from you
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a barista in quality-focused cafes or hotels
Passionate about coffee, curious about new brewing methods
Skilled in espresso machines, latte art, and basic maintenance
Friendly, outgoing, and always ready to connect with guests
Good command in English and Chinese; Mandarin or other languages is an advantage
