職責:

• 機電通風(MVAC) 監測、操作及維護

• 空調裝置/電腦中央管理系統（CCMS）/建築管理系統（BMS）監測、操作及維護

  • 任何問題/異常/警報時通知團隊-報告CCMS系統的狀態

  • 調整MVAC系統的設定值/設置

  • 設置設備的時間表

  • 設置設備的趨勢記錄

  • 根據公司業務需求執行分配非恆常職責

資歷/要求:

• 6 年以上相關監測、操作及維護經驗

• 有效平安卡

• 持有R/A牌

• 操作西門子CCMS系統經驗者優先

• 持有相關中工或大工牌更佳

• 能閱讀和書寫中文、英文

• 能說流利廣東話

• 基本電腦/手機應用程式(APP)操作能力

工作時間:

• 需三更輪班，工作如有特殊工作安排，上下班時間或有調動

  • 早更(a)上午8:00至下午5:00;

  • 中更(b)下午2:30-11:30

  • 夜更(c) 晚上11:00-早上8:00

• 長短週、每周工作六天、輪休

CCMS / BMS Operator

The position is open only to candidate with full working rights in Hong Kong. Applicants must be able to read and write Chinese and speak Cantonese fluently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor, operate, and maintain Mechanical Ventilation and Air Conditioning (MVAC) systems.

• Monitor, operate, and maintain air conditioning systems, Computerized Central Management Systems (CCMS), and Building Management Systems (BMS).

• Notify the team when there is any issue/ abnormal/ alarm.

• Report status of the CCMS system.

• Adjust setpoint/ setting of MVAC system when requested by the team/ upon receiving work order.

• Set the schedule of the equipment when requested by the team/ upon receiving work order.

• Set trend log of the equipment when requested by the team/ upon receiving work order.

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company based on business needs.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Over 6 years or above related working experience in monitoring, operating, and maintaining relevant systems.

• Possession of a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate(Safety card).

• Possession of REW R/A license or above is an advantage.

• Experience with the operation of Siemens CCMS system is an advantage.

• Holding relevant intermediate or advanced worker licenses is an advantage.

• Ability to read and write English & Chinese
  Fluent in Spoken Cantonese.

• Basic computer and mobile application (APP) operation skills.

Working Hours:

• Shift work Duties (3 Shifts), Working hours may be adjusted for special work arrangements.

  • (a) Day shifts: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

  • (b) Evening shifts: 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM

  • (c) Night shift working hours: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM

• Alternating weeks, working six days per week, with Shift Holidays (rotating days off).

• Entitled to Hong Kong public holiday leaves (compensatory leave if working on a public holiday).

• Overtime allowance provided for overtime work.
