Brand Representative (Part-time) (Multiple Locations)

Purpose of Position

• CASETiFY is looking for a Brand Representative who will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast paced environment to join our team. He/she will be representing our brand in the front line, and responsible for delivering the best in-store experience for customers of our stores located in Hong Kong.

Job Description

• Assist customers with product recommendations and demonstrations.

• Stay updated on sales, promotions, and product information.

• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.

• Maintain appealing visual merchandising and organized stock.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.

• Achieve sales targets and support team goals.

• Keep the store clean and adhere to company policies.

• Attend training and workshops to enhance skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

• Retail or customer service experience is a plus.

• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

• Flexible for shift duties across Hong Kong stores.

• Familiar with POS systems and basic computer skills.

• Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Proactive, passionate, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
