Business Development Manager

Responsibilites :

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to drive growth.

2. Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive the business growth

3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients

4. Conduct meetings and presentations to potential clients and industry stakeholders (contractors, developers, government bodies)

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree or above in Business, Marketing and related disciplines

2. Minimum 5 years relevant experiences

3. Possess a strong sense of responsibility and be able to work independently

4. Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills

5. Proficient in MS Office; graphic design skills (e.g., Photoshop) are preferred

6. Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
