Responsibilities:
Perform general clerical duties in the Engineer’s Head Office
Handle all clerical/filing works, word processing, typing and telephone operation.
Handle ad hoc duties and assignments as required
Requirements:
Form 5 or above or pass HKDSE
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Good PC knowledge in MS office applicants (MS Word and Excel) and in both Chinese and English word processing
Clerical Assistant experience is preferred
