We are looking for a Commis I - Cafe Kool & In Room Dining (廚師) based at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Commis I - Cafe Kool & In Room Dining (廚師), we rely on you to:

Prepare the food orders with high quality and consistency
Ensure the hygiene standards are achieved according to the HACCP & ISO22000 requirements
預備食材及烹調食物
根據酒店的食物安全標準維持餐廳的衛生水平

We are looking for someone who has:
Relevant working experience in similar capacity
Basic Knowledge of HACCP & ISO22000
A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
具備相關經驗
基本食物安全及衞生知識
良好的團隊合作精神與溝通技巧
