We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Manager to join our Human Resources team. Reporting directly to the Head of HRA, and will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing the compensation and benefits programs within the bank, involves strategic planning, performance management, policy development, budgeting processes and operational oversight.
Responsibilities:
Formulate and review C&B policies, including salary structures, benefits packages, incentive;
Oversee the day-to-day operations of payroll, benefits administration, and other C&B processes to ensure compliance with regulations requirements and bank policies;
Conduct market research and bench marking to ensure competitiveness and best practices;
Manage the design and implementation of employee benefits programs, including medical insurance, MPF and other perks;
Prepare and manage the total rewards programs and budget, monitoring overall staff costs and ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation;
Leverage data analytics tools to collect, analyze, and interpret employee data related to compensation and benefits, providing insights and recommendations to management;
Prepare reports and presentations for management on C&B-related matters;
Collaborate closely with internal teams and the Group’s C&B team to ensure compliance with corporate policies and alignment of practices;
Provide guidance and support to C&B team member;
Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
University degree in human resources, business administration or related field;
Minimum 8 years of experience in C&B, preferably within the banking or financial services industry;
Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends and develop insights ;
Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with logical reasoning ;
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities utilizing strong organizational skills;
Good written and verbal communication skills to explain complex information to stakeholders;
Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with HRIS systems are required;
Familiarity with Hong Kong labor law and market trends in compensation and benefits.
