Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with regulations related to authorized funds, including ETFs and VA funds.
- Conduct regular compliance reviews and audits of asset management operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting asset management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 of experience in compliance, specifically with authorized funds, including ETFs and VA funds.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the asset management space.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
