Responsibilities: Craft Engaging Instagram Content: design, create, and execute visually stunning Instagram posts, stories, and reels that capture the essence of our restaurants and events.
Develop Creative Ideas: Brainstorm innovative content ideas and build a vibrant social media content calendar to drive engagement and brand visibility.
Film & Produce Event Content: Shoot and edit videos and photos for restaurant events, promotions, and behind-the-scenes moments, ensuring content aligns with our brand aesthetic.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the PR & Marketing team, restaurant managers, and external partners to bring creative campaigns to life.
Boost Brand Presence: Contribute to strategies that elevate ZS Hospitality’s brand visibility and showcase our unique dining experiences.
Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Arts, Production or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or marketing, ideally in the F&B or hospitality industry. Fresh graduate will also be considered.
Creative Skills: Proficient in design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or mobile editing apps). Strong photography and videography skills are a must.
Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of Instagram trends, algorithms, and best practices for creating engaging content.
Language Skills: Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Weekend Availability: Willingness to work weekends occasionally to capture live event content and support restaurant activations.
Personal Qualities: Passionate about food and hospitality, creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic analytics tools for social media performance tracking., and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Immediately available is preferred.
