Job Responsibilities:
Day-to-day OTC process Co-ordination (SAP & OMS)​

Order entry – SAP & OMS system operators​

Customer care support regarding order/returns (Inbound call & WhatsApp hotline, fax)​

Co-ordination with salesmen, warehouse and customers on delivery details​

Sales reporting, documentation and data management

Requirement:
Good Command in Chinese (both speaking & Writing), native in Cantonese

A good Team player

At least 1 year working experience in similar role. past work experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
