About the Role

Responsibilities:

• Communicate and establish relationship with agents support and push CS business

• Stay ahead of market development and deliver key initiatives to agents

• Provide technical and professional mentorship. to agents and prospective customers

• Provide help desk at agency offices, if applicable

• Communicate and maintain good business relationship with customers

• Provide technical and professional mentorship especially to jumbo customers

• Provide member briefing sessions and helpdesk at client offices

• Effectively supervise the sales performances of assigned agents to ensure their strategic targets such as VONB / ANP, OPAT and Excess EV Growth is met

• Provide mentorship and training to support staff

• Perform any other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years sales experience for Consultant

• Minimum 8 years of sales experience of which 4-5 years in supervisory/managerial positions for Principal

• Good product knowledge

• Good command of English and Chinese

• Able to lead a project/event independently

• Tactful interpersonal relationship

• Good presentation and team building skills

• Self-motivated and customer orientated

Others:

• You are preferred to obtain the license of Insurance Authority (IA) (Paper 1, 2, and 3) or Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA) (Paper 4)

• You are required to acquire the relevant license(s) if your job involves regulated activities
