Job Description
Scope of Services
- Assist with daily account management and database maintenance task including data checking, data entry, deals update, etc
- Match shop information with external data sources, identify and flag potential duplicate prospects in our database, and maintain an updated database.
- Other ad hoc services as required
Qualifications
- Able to work on every Friday 10am-6 pm; immediate availability is highly preferred
- Candidates are expected to utilize their personal laptops and devices for related work.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data entry and organization.
- Good command of written Chinese and Chinese processing (Traditional)
- Patience and persistence in handling repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
