職位: Manager (ARSOII)
單位: 體育服務 (SPS)
計劃名稱: Grow Through Adventure (成長有點野) (2025-27)
要求：
1) A recognised university degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, Recreation and Leisure Management, or other related disciplines
2) At least 5 years of relevant experience in organising youth or outdoor adventure programmes
3) Experience in managing training or activity venues, and coordinating government-funded or NGO-funded projects from planning to reporting stages.
4) List out all Sports and adventure coaching qualifications or training in experiential learning
5) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with youth and project-related stakeholders
6) Able to work independently and as part of a team; detail-minded and self-motivated
7) Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
8) Willing to work on evenings, weekends, or public holidays as required
9) Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as reasonably assigned by senior manager to support the organisation’s goals and programme delivery.
10) Valid First Aid Certificate is a must
職責︰
1) Manage and maintain the daily operations, facilities, and equipment of the adventure training site
2) Plan, coordinate, and deliver a variety of experiential learning, adventure-based, and recreational activities for youth, schools, and organisations
3) Lead the implementation of a government-funded youth adventure training programme, ensuring alignment with project goals and funding requirements
4) Prepare programme plans, budgets, progress reports, and evaluation documents for submission to funders and internal management
5) Coordinate project logistics, scheduling, and staffing to ensure effective programme delivery
6) Supervise relative project staff and part-time coaches involved in the project
7) Engage and communicate with schools, uniform and sports organisations and public, for recruitment and outreach
8) Ensure safety and risk management protocols are followed during all activities
9) Assist in project promotion, including social media, printed materials, and outreach events
10) Maintain accurate administrative records and participant data
月薪︰$31,795up
福利︰年假24 天、全薪病假18 天、醫療津貼、僱主強積金供款按年資最高可遞增至 8%、在職培訓及良好晉升階梯等。
