Bachelor’s degree, preferably major in Marketing / Business Administration or related discipline
Minimum 7 years’ relevant solid experience in mall promotions / marketing in property developers
Good in digital marketing and media relations with strong market sense
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Able to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced & pressurized environment
Willing to work overtime and during holidays occasionally
Proven English and Chinese proficiency
Responsibilities
Support the team lead to develop effective marketing tactics and strategies, from idea generation to execution
Plan and oversee marketing events & decoration, branding, communications and creative materials aligned to the brand positioning
Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns
Identify potential brand-compatible partnerships for joint promotions
Liaise and maintain good relationship with internal stakeholders, tenants and agencies in promoting shopping malls
(Candidates with more experience will be considered for Deputy Promotions Manager.)
