Director of Family Office Business Development
Job Responsibilities
Based on market dynamics and customer needs, develop various cooperation channels, including but not limited to insurance, immigration, studying abroad, high-end medical care, financial management, real estate, etc., promote core businesses such as family and personal wealth management, asset allocation, tax planning, and achieve performance goals;
Lead the development, docking and maintenance of high-net-worth customers, deeply understand their wealth management goals and family needs, and tailor personalized solutions to help customers achieve steady asset appreciation and inheritance;
Develop a comprehensive agent channel development strategy and a high-quality agent cooperation network, and successfully develop customer resources;
Provide agents with professional systems for the products, service concepts and business processes of family offices.
Pay attention to market trends, competitors and changes in industry policies and regulations, and provide timely feedback on relevant information to provide a strong basis for family office product innovation, service optimization and market decision-making;
Analyze global wealth management trends and explore the deep needs of family clients in investment, insurance, taxation, estate planning, charity and other fields;
Formulate and implement the annual business development plan of the family office, expand new customers and deepen existing customer relationships;
Coordinate investment, legal and tax teams to provide customers with cross-domain comprehensive solutions (such as cross-border asset allocation, family governance, etc.).
Job requirements
Finance, economics, management and other related majors. Priority will be given to those who have successfully served high-net-worth clients in the financial industry, family offices, insurance, private banking, wealth management and other fields;
More than 3 years of focus on agent channel development and management, familiar with the agent channel operation model in the Hong Kong market, and have successful channel development and team management cases;
Possess solid financial knowledge and be familiar with various financial products, such as private banking products, investment and financial management, family trusts, etc.; be proficient in asset allocation, investment management, tax planning, family trusts and other businesses, and have excellent program design and execution capabilities;
Familiar with Hong Kong's financial regulatory policies and regulations, have rich personal connections in the fields of finance and wealth management, and can quickly and effectively expand agent channels;
Possess excellent communication and coordination and multilingual skills, be able to communicate effectively with agents from different backgrounds, and accurately convey the business requirements and cooperation intentions of family offices.
