職位概述 / Job Summary
我們正在尋找一位細心且條理清晰的 電商助理（兼職），協助我們的線上銷售運營（週一、週三、週五）。主要職責包括處理網上訂單、產品質量檢查，以及協助客戶服務工作，如回覆查詢和管理庫存更新。
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Ecommerce Assistant (Part-Time) to support our online sales operations on Mon, Wed, and Fri. Your primary responsibilities will include processing online orders, conducting quality checks on products, and assisting with customer service tasks such as responding to inquiries and managing stock updates.
工作職責 / Responsibilities
- 協助包裝和發貨流程。
Assist in packaging and shipping processes.
- 檢查產品，確保發貨前無瑕疵、損壞或差異。
Inspect products for defects, damages, or discrepancies before dispatch.
- 及時回覆客戶查詢。
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media in a professional and timely manner.
- 監控庫存並更新電商平台的產品供應情況。
Monitor stock levels and update product availability on the ecommerce platform.
- 協助上傳新產品列表及更新現有產品資訊。
Assist in uploading new product listings and updating existing ones.
資歷與技能 / Qualifications & Skills
- 有電商、零售或客戶服務經驗者優先。
Previous experience in ecommerce, retail, or customer service is a plus.
- 注重細節，具備良好的組織能力。
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- 熟悉電商平台（如 Shopify）的基本操作。
Basic knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Shopify).
- 優秀的書面和口語溝通能力。
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 熟練使用 Microsoft Office（Excel、Word）及基本數據輸入。
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry.
工作類型: 兼職
薪酬： 每小時 $70.00
預期時數：每週 24 小時
