- Acting as first point of contact for students in-person, via email and telephone and provide consultation for course details and packages to prospective customers
- Assist with attendance monitoring and reporting and provide administrative support to both teachers and customers
- Manage class schedules and co-ordinate teachers' meetings
- Provide administrative support for Centre and teachers
- Communicate with customers to retain a clear understanding of their needs, as well as to maintain good customer relationship
- Provide attentive care to our students and provide friendly and safe environment
-Fluent English and Cantonese required. Ability to speak Mandarin a plus.
