Job Duties:
Manage logistic and administration task including holiday houses booking, allocation, membership application, staff general offers and response to customers inquiries
Act as the primary contact point for employee benefit services
Prepare the facility usage report and financial documents
Support team in organizing large-scale corporate events such as sports day, ceremony, community projects and other staff engagement activities
Foster a good relationship with internal and external partners
Job Requirements:
Higher education in Leisure or Administrative Studies or Business or Others
1 year of experience in relevant working
Strong attention to details; must be able to maintain accurate and clear records
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficiency in computer applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing is a must
Independent, attentive and able to work under tight schedules
Ability to work in evenings and weekends occasionally
Place of work :
Hybrid working (Monday to Friday, 8:30a.m. – 6:00p.m.)
