Job Summary
DKSH are now hiring an Executive, Ecommerce! We are looking for an Executive to drive digital growth and marketplace expansion by leading strategic ecommerce initiatives, optimising online performance in a fast paced FMCG environment.
General Responsibilities
Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media
Launch optimized online advertisements through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc)
Marketplace
Day to Day management of the marketplace function and expanding to new platforms
Develop and accelerate own brand sales through new and existing products, while managing relationships with own brand team external stakeholders
Monitor and review competitors, market trends and fast-moving products regularly to understand best practices and new opportunities
Constantly develop and update knowledge on ecommerce and marketplaces to maintain best practice within FMCG industry
Functional Skills and Knowledge
1 year of relevant working experience, preferably from eCommerce enabler/platform/brand
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Ads etc.
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Dynamic, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Excellent written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Education
Degree in business related disciplines
