Shop Management
Perform regular shop visits and understand the challenges;
Collect/analyse market information (e.g. Channel/shopping mall offer and promotion, customer portfolio, market trend...);
Review and enhance Field Force team performance;
Manage all shop displays and provide feedbacks for improvements;
Maintain a good relationship with internal and external stakeholders;
Timely deliver the operational information to shops (e.g. offer, promotion, workflow...);
Field Force Management
Manage the regular meetings and communicate with Field Force team;
Debrief the Field Force team with sufficient information for sales and operations;
Understand existing Field Force team challenges and advise solutions for improvement;
Allocate the Field Force team according to business needs;
Reports
Timely report sales data (e.g. Daily verbal sales, Weekly sales summary...);
Perform basic data analysis (ie WOW, MOM, YOY...) and find the insights;
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in retail industry ;
With consumer electronics products' working experience will be an advantage;
Strong market intelligence;
Strong leadership, good people management and communications skill;
Knowledge in MS office;
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
Proactive, energetic dynamic and good team player with positive attitude;
Immediate availability will be highly preferred.
