Position: Fintech Analyst
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and maintaining the technical product roadmap to ensure engineering efforts align with business objectives.
Support various stages of the product lifecycle, including concept development, testing, launch, and ongoing improvements.
Help assess emerging AI technologies and suggest enhancements to improve product features and market position.
Assist in creating workflows and integrations that support seamless partner collaboration and product implementation.
Translate AI innovations into practical, user-friendly features with a focus on real-world applications.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and consulting teams to support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies tailored to customer needs.
Identify user challenges and explore market opportunities where AI solutions can provide meaningful business value.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience, preferably with exposure to cross-border payment products or fintech.
Basic understanding of AI product trends with a desire to learn and evaluate their application within fintech.
Familiarity or strong interest in API integrations, automation tools, data analytics, and AI technologies.
Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin to facilitate coordination among technical and business teams.
Strong motivation to learn, grow, and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
