Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and file flight plans for cargo aircraft in accordance with company procedures and aviation authority requirements
- Monitor flight progress and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders (internal operations, clients, ground handling agents, etc.)
- Coordinate with warehouse and ground handling teams to ensure cargo is ready and loaded as per the flight plan.
- Maintain accurate records of flight plans, cargo manifests, and regulatory documentation
Requirements:
- Certificate/diploma or Formal Secondary School graduate or above, preferably with 1-2 years working experience in flight operations, air cargo planning, or logistics coordination
- Knowledge of air cargo procedures, flight planning, and relevant aviation regulations
- Proficient in MS Office and flight planning software/tools
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
- Candidates with more relevant experience will be considered for the Senior Flight Plan Supervisor
- Shift work is required, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays
