Responsibilities :
Oversee technical pre-production activities as related to fit, construction, workmanship and aesthetics, working directly with vendors sampling in charge and MMG New York Technical Designers.
Understanding of brand’s requirement, recommend garment construction and engineering changes in counter sample stage for most effective and / or prevent quality problem in bulk production.
Review the technical specification details provided by MMG New York in tech pack/PDM and resolve any issue/discrepancy with the relevant technical designers before passing to suppliers.
Visit suppliers’ sample rooms and factories for discussion of technical aspects per request.

Requirements :
Degree or diploma in Clothing Technology or related disciplines
Over 10 years or above working experience in Denim (RTW/Denim)
PC proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint
Well versed with the knowledge on pattern design, textiles and sewability
Good command of both English and Mandarin
Hands on in using 3D software
Willing to work overtime
