Health Service Assistant

The Job:

• To assist health service professionals in lymphoedema measurement and traditional Chinese medicine services.

• To assist in carrying out lymphoedema measurement using devices and garment fitting.

• To maintain accurate lymphoedema data and information in electronic system.

• To perform stock taking of Chinese medicine, compression garments and related consumables.

• To handle appointment bookings and enquiries.

The Candidate:

• DSE graduates with 1 years’ customer service experiences, preferably gained from health care industry.

• Proactive with good telephone manner and interpersonal skills.

• Have good sense of responsibilities, self-motivated, cheerful, caring and passionate in supporting cancer patients.

• Able to work independently.

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
