Responsibilities:
- Handle and communicate monthly invoice to customers
- Manage Hong Kong office’s inventories and keep in and out records and check monthly inventory balance.
- Responsible for office administration duties.
- Assist financial personnel in completing related tasks.
- Execute business-related tasks assigned by other supervisors.
Requirements:
- Degree or associate degree holder or above. Candidates come from science field, or finance related profession is preferrable.
- Candidates with experience in Mainland China and Hong Kong financial accounting are preferred.
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- High proficiency in Microsoft office.
- Detail-minded, patient and a good learner.
