Job Descriptions:
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions and accounts receivable/payable;
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations, financial statements, management reports;
- Assist in external audits, tax filings, and prepare necessary supporting schedules;
- Assist in the preparation of quotations, budgets, forecasts, and other financial analyses;
- Provide administrative support in accounts department;
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
- LCCI qualifications /Diploma / Associate Degree / Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline;
- Minimum 2 years solid accounting experience;
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin;
- Experience in financial accounting would be an advantage;
- Proficiency in MS office, including Excel and Word, and Chinese Word Processing;
