The HRIS Specialist will serve as a key communication link between various stakeholders and manage system activities. The ideal candidate will excel in communication and system management. This role will work closely with HR, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of Workday Talent Management modules.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate clear and effective communication between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
Manage all aspects of system management, including planning, execution, risk management, and documentation.
Support the implementation of Workday Learning modules, ensuring project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved within the allocated resources.
Enhance and optimize Workday Talent Management modules, including Talent & Performance, Recruiting, and Learning Management, to meet evolving business needs.
Maintain consistent communication with all team members.
Identify, document, and manage system risks, issues, and dependencies, and follow up on mitigation plans to ensure project success.
Provide administrative support to the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Ensure timely follow-up on tasks and action items to guarantee all stakeholders complete their responsibilities on schedule.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Workday systems projects or related system management roles.
Familiarity with Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, and Learning processes.
Excellent organizational and system management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
Prior experience in supporting HR transformation projects.
Proficiency in using system management tools and software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Workday Talent Management modules is a plus.
