Human Resources Officer (6 months Contract / Part Time)

Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of HR services, including but not limited to talent acquisition; compensation and benefits; performance management and employee engagement, etc

• Maintain and update HR related systems

• Actively review HR policies and procedures and ensure they are aligned with latest employment laws and regulations

• Initiate regular employee engagement activities; drive and implement talent acquisition and employer branding programs such as campus recruitment; social media maintenance, etc

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Good understanding of Employment Ordinance and related legislations of Hong Kong

• Good command of both written and spoke English and Chinese

• Independent and hands on, strong sense of responsibility, good team player and detail-minded

• Immediately available is highly preferred
