Key Responsibilities
Insurance Application Support
Assist inbound clients through 10Life.com in completing execution-only insurance applications and follow through with policy issuance.
Identify opportunities for more complex needs and refer clients to Technical Representatives for advisory services.
Policy Administration
Support new business applications, including document checking, system record updating, customer correspondence preparation, and pending support for Technical Representatives.
Provide claims administration support, including handling general claims inquiries, submitting claims documents, and tracking claims progress.
Customer Service
Support inbound customer inquiries and qualify potential customers for Technical Representative advisory services.
General Brokerage Operation Support
Maintain customer and department records.
Prepare regular reports, including new business updates, pending cases, claims progress, and campaign tracking.
Qualifications & Skills
Qualifications
3–4 years of experience in the financial industry, including banks, insurance, or investment, preferably with customer-facing responsibilities.
Experience handling paperwork related to financial products.
Knowledge of insurance products, particularly VHIS and QDAP (preferred).
Skills
Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese and Mandarin (core); English (secondary).
Strong communication skills.
Ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in PC applications (core: Windows, Microsoft Office; advantage: Salesforce, SleekFlow).
