Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
Your missions
Coordinate the regional stream of the global Vulnerability & Compliance Management program
Establish and improve project governance across IT Operations in APAC
Oversee scoping, scanning, reporting, and stakeholder coordination for vulnerability management activities
Support business IT departments in remediation governance and ensure compliance with security standards
Assess, report, and mitigate risks linked to vulnerabilities and compliance deviations
Provide regular reporting to global, regional, and local stakeholders, including C-level audiences
Animate training and awareness sessions for stakeholders on IVM tools, reports, and procedures
Draft training materials and support adoption of IVM practices across the region
Lead the APAC IVM Project Task Force and ensure alignment with the global Programme Lead
Contribute to control frameworks and audit requirements by delivering evidence and reporting
Your profile
5+ years of experience in IT security with a focus on vulnerability and compliance management
3+ years in leadership or project management roles
Knowledge of vulnerability management tools (Qualys, Nexpose, Tanium Comply, etc.)
Experience with security compliance frameworks such as PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, etc.
Strong program/project management expertise with hybrid methodologies (Agile/Scrum, traditional PM)
Advanced presentation and reporting skills (MS PowerPoint, visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI are a plus)
Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Security certifications such as CISSP or CISM are an advantage
Fluent English, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
You are problem-solving oriented, analytical, and capable of leading regional initiatives in complex environments
