- Handle drafting and reviewing of legal documents and contracts for business units
- Assist in IP registration
- Responsible for IP database and preparing summary reports
- Prepare company correspondence as well as translation of legal documents
- Coordinate and collaborate closely with various internal business functions and relevant professional advisers
- Conduct legal research in commercial matters focusing on manufacturing, marketing and related matters
- Assist in handling and coordinating ad-hoc projects
- A Bachelor’s Degree or above with a minimum of 1 year relevant working experience
- Good command written in both English and Chinese, fluent spoken in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Detail-minded, well-organized, analytical, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills.
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
- Immediate available is preferred
