What you'll do
Lead the design, development, and execution of data analysis projects to support and drive business objectives.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to senior management, including management dashboards, regular commercial reports, marketing intelligence reports, and ad-hoc analyses.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline and enhance analytical workflows; stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and business intelligence.
Design and implement data collection systems and processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data.
What you'll need
Minimum of 4 years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or a related field.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, and R.
Strong understanding of statistical methods and data visualization techniques, experienced with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker Studio.
Proven experience in driving sales performance analysis, marketing analysis, and conducting comprehensive business reviews.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated success in leading and managing analytics projects from conception to implementation.
Experience working with large datasets and databases, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
