Work you'll do
- Support the development and sale of Deloitte’s services to potential and current clients
- Plan and execute a project to deliver a superior client experience
- Comprehend how the client’s business works and keep up-to-date on industry/sector trends and leading practices
- Identify and solve problems objectively using analysis, experience and judgment
- Identify and transform opportunities into solutions that drive business value for our clients
- Incorporate financial information when evaluating business opportunities and making recommendations
- Develop relationships, establish credibility with and instill confidence in clients
- Leverage cross-geography insights and practitioners to enhance client service delivery
- Articulate how technology enables and differentiates the business and communicate this effectively to clients

We are looking for someone with
- Bachelor degree or above in finance, accounting, financial engineering, management, related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years of experience in global consulting firm with a focus on the Business Model Transformation, Finance or Service Operations
- Strong financial modeling experience, having a strong understanding of financial principles, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and proficiency in Excel
- Specific experience in project finance, including building models for infrastructure or other capital-intensive projects and understanding how risks are allocated between sponsors, lenders, and other stakeholdersSolid project delivery experience; having successfully managed or led complex, multi-function/multi-stakeholder projects in a large corporate environment
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high commitment to quality client service
- Strong track-record in effectively developing market credibility in a timely manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to motivate and lead a team with enthusiasm, drive and effectiveness
- Outgoing character. Strong sense in business development is required. Proven track record in business development activities is a definite advantage
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is mandatory
